Q: How is my shipping total calculated?
A: for your region (Canada) you are charged a flat rate for shipping, plus a package fee for each additional item.  For example, we ship to Canada for $12.00, with a package fee of $3.50.  If you order 1 item, your shipping fee is $15.50.  If you order 2 items, your shipping fee is $19.00

Q: How does your sizes fit?
A: -All our short and long sleeves are true to fit, therefore if you are usually a size medium you would be a size medium for our short and long sleeves.
   -Our hoodies fit one size larger then what you would usually wear, therefore you would go for one size smaller than what you would normally go for. ie. If you are usually size medium you would be a size small in LDS hoodie sizing.

Q: What are your operating hours?
A: Our hours of operation is Monday to Friday from 9AM - 5PM, and we are closed on statutory holidays.

Q: How long does it take to receive my package?
A: Typically if you are located in the western side of Canada, you will receive your parcel within 3 business days of purchase. If you are located in central or eastern parts of Canada it will take within 7 business days of purchase.
